I can’t wait for Wedding MBA 2026 in Las Vegas! As a four-time attendee and three-time speaker, I want to guide you on what happens at Wedding MBA and where we can connect.

What is Wedding MBA?

Wedding MBA is the largest conference for wedding professionals in the world. It is held every year in Las Vegas at the Las Vegas Convention Center and attracts over 5,000 attendees.

The conference focuses on the wedding industry— businesses that serve engaged couples like wedding venues, photographers, planners, officiants, DJs, florists, caterers, bakers, and bridal shops.

The dates for Wedding MBA 2026 are November 17-19, 2026.

What does Wedding MBA cost?

Wedding MBA is one of the most affordable wedding industry conferences, starting at $150 per ticket if you purchase a ticket for next year during this year’s conference.

The price increases throughout the year, as the conference gets closer. The full price listed on the website is $435, but you can usually snag a ticket for less than that.

This ticket price gets you in the door and includes access to the trade show and all educational sessions, but it does not include any meals or drinks.

Is there a Wedding MBA coupon code or discount?

Yes! Use Wedding MBA coupon code SARAD at checkout for $20 off the best price! This works for tickets at any price— you just need to clear out any coupon code currently in the box at checkout.

Here are my quick tips for Wedding MBA

  1. It’s worth going even if you hate Vegas. I’ll raise my hand here. I have been to Vegas quite a few times, and I’m over the lights, the slot machines dinging, and the prices on the Strip. If that’s you too, you should know that Wedding MBA is not on the strip. For the last three years, I’ve gone to Wedding MBA and not set foot on Las Vegas Boulevard (no regrets 😉)
  2. For what hotel to stay at for Wedding MBA, I always stay at the Renaissance Las Vegas Hotel. It’s the closest hotel to the Convention Center (like 2 minute walk). No casino, it’s just a big Marriot hotel where lots of attendees and speakers stay. This year, I found a way better price going through the room block on the Wedding MBA hotels page.
  3. My favorite lunch spot near the Convention Center is Siegel’s Bagelmania. It’s a long walk or a quick Uber, and I think it’s so fun. I try to make plans with a few friends in advance on Tuesday or Wednesday so I know I have a lunch plan (meals are available on-site at the conference too, but not included).

Wedding MBA Tips From Real Attendees

I can give you all my tips for how I like to experience the conference, but I know everyone is different! So, I asked my Wedding SEO Bootcamp students and friends on threads for their best tip for attending Wedding MBA. Here’s some great advice about Wedding MBA from past attendees:

“Pre-plan by looking over the conference schedule before you go. And then add those sessions (with their room name!) onto your calendar so that you get pop-ups telling you where to go next. So much easier than constantly pulling the schedule back out when you’re running around. And if you’re debating between sessions, add them both onto your calendar so that you can easily decide as it gets close – maybe a friend or colleague will go to the other one and you can compare notes afterward!”

— Bethel from Ceremonies by Bethel

“1. Vegas distances are deceiving. Nothing is as close as it looks. Just because you can see a place on the Strip doesn’t mean it’s a quick walk. 2. Bring business cards. Even if you think you won’t need them. Wedding MBA is full of people from every corner of the industry, and you never know who you’ll meet. 3. Take photos of slides. Sessions move quickly, and trying to write everything down can make you miss important points. Snapping a photo lets you stay present and actually listen.”

— Sabra from Ceremonies by Sabra

“1. Plan which sessions you want to go to ahead of time and get there early to get a seat. 2. There are a lot of meetups/parties/happy hours after conference day – you don’t have to go to all of them.”

— Alyson from Birdcage and Blushers Weddings

“Spend an additional day networking or taking actionable steps before going back home. Sometimes we forget to actually do the next thing once momentum is gone.”

— Kim from Curated by Kim Weddings & Events

“Book the hotel right next to the convention center! The days get so long-it’s nice to go take a break, decompress, organize your notes. I met a lot of people at the hotel too in lobby or elevator. So great for networking!”

— Brittany from Newland Weddings

“Wear a mask so you don’t bring home covid or any other respiratory viruses. Being sick for Thanksgiving is not the parting gift that you want!”

— Cindy from Aisle Less Traveled

“1. The food is terrible & limited options nearby. So bring plenty of snacks. 2. Dress comfortably. It’s SO COLD. So wear clothing that’s comfortable & bring a blanket!”

— Brittany from Brittany Bauer Events

“Not every session is valuable to attend. Ask where your business is now, what you need to advance in, where do you want your business to go and focus on sessions that get you there! The more uncomfortable and unknown they feel – the better!”

Rock Paper Coin

“Don’t feel like you have to go to a session in every time slot. Go to sessions where you need the most help and if you have a free time slot, go put some of the learning into action! Oh…and wear comfy shoes!”

— Brandee from Wedding Pro CEO

“Set your goal(s) for attending ahead of time. Sometimes it’s to find a new software, sometimes it’s to meet people; but with a defined focus, you can be sure to leave with what you need most.”

— Amy from Afficient Consulting

“Download an AI notetaker so you can pay attention. Having your laptop open in every session means a higher chance of being distracted by emails and “work” stuff. Also, go to sessions in other vendor tracks. You can so much from other vendors and apply those same concepts to your business.”

— Tanisha from The Event Streets

“Wear comfortable shoes to the conference itself and bring a cardigan! You’re going to do more walking than you think. (But break out your fun shoes for the evening events!)”

— Andrea from Andrea Shah Copywriting

“Before you attend, write goals and what you are hoping to learn or improve upon. Take time to talk with the speakers, nuggets of wisdom in a one on one convo are GOLD.”

— Brie from Say Yes Weddings and Events
