SEO Associate & Designer
Full Time/Part Time: Full-Time

Working Hours: 7-8 hours per day Monday-Friday, available for meetings between 12pm-3pm EST.

Job Summary:
The SEO Associate & Designer is responsible for delivering Sara Does SEO's signature SEO Fix service, providing responsive support to clients and students, and contributing to internal and client-facing design needs. This role combines hands-on SEO execution, client coaching, project-based work, and creative support to uphold service standards and maintain brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
‘SEO Fix’ Execution & Delivery
- Complete the SEO Fix process as defined in all current SOPs, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across client projects.
- Follow established workflows to implement on-page, technical, and content-related SEO updates as outlined in the SEO Fix process.
- Provide SEO support per client project, ensuring questions are answered and clients feel informed.
Client & Student Coaching
- Answer client questions via email, video, or phone
- Support Wedding SEO Bootcamp community as needed
SEO Client Projects
- Execute website optimizations following detailed processes
- Upload, format, and optimize additional client blog posts
- Build internal links, optimize images, and configure plugins (WordPress, Showit)
- Create landing pages and design-heavy blog posts using provided content and images
- Maintain Google Business Profile listings including photo uploads and Google Posts
Graphic Design & Creative Support
- Design and deliver branded graphics for internal marketing, training, and client resources
- Provide creative input on visual direction and layout choices for web projects
- Serve as an internal design lead for quick-turn visual updates or decisions
- Maintain alignment with the Sara Does SEO brand guide and visual standards
- Collaborate with contract designers as needed to extend capacity
Skills & Experience needed:
- 2+ years in a design, digital marketing, or SEO role
- Demonstrated experience in graphic design and web design
- Comfortable with Squarespace, Showit, WordPress, Wix
- Familiarity with Asana, Google Business Profile, SEMrush (or quick to learn)
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
- Excellent written communication
- Strong spelling, grammar, and attention to detail
- Organized, accountable, process-oriented, and tech-savvy
- Confident communicator with a growth mindset
- Strong design judgment and fast turnaround ability
Compensation:
Pay will be hourly, starting at $21-26/hour based on experience, with advancement opportunities. Fully remote, flexible hours, paid holidays and paid time off.
